Cancellation Policy
At Franco’s Bridal, the store policy states that a $50 consultation fee is required to book a bridal appointment. During the consultation, the bride will receive personalized assistance from a stylist and will have the opportunity to try on up to three wedding dresses. If the bride decides to purchase a dress or selected services from the boutique, the $50 consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward the total purchase. If no purchase is made, the consultation fee is non-refundable and serves as the cost of the consultation and fitting experience.
